Business's right to reply

Within our brewery we have two seperate operations ,being the brewery business, together with The Kitchen & Taproom business. The change in published rating arose from an inspection which took place by Liverpool City Council Environmental Health in September. The inspection identified various concerns, which primarily related to the Brewery operation and resulted in that operation being temporarily closed, whilst those concerns were addressed. Liverpool City council did not request the closure of the Kitchen & taproom operation, but rather, they permitted it to remain open and trading. The experienced leadership within the venue teams, ensures standards are held and maintained for the benefit of our customers
